As a Clinical Operations Administrative Lead, I play a key role in strengthening the connection between our coders and leadership. I focus on creating a sense of community, driving engagement, and making sure our coders feel informed, supported, and recognized.From onboarding new team members to sending out weekly newsletters, I ensure communication is clear, timely, and meaningful. I take the lead on coordinating coder-focused initiatives—like Clinical Coding contests, surveys, and recognition efforts—helping to keep morale high and voices heard.I’m the go-to person for resolving day-to-day issues, answering questions, and making sure things run smoothly behind the scenes. After starting as a Clinical Operations Coordinator, I was promoted to this role in January 2025, and I’m excited to continue growing with Reveleer—helping to build a positive, healthy, and engaging community where every team member feels valued.
