Veronica T. Nunn is a corporate partner in the New York, NY and Austin, TX offices of Pillsbury. Her practice is dedicated to M&A and strategically important transactions. She represents public and private companies and private equity sponsors (including their portfolio companies) in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and equity investments and has a strong industry focus in technology, energy, consumer goods, telecom and media.
