In this position, I am the Owner/President working with individuals with hidden disabilities to identify career goals and achieve meaningful personal goals. I helped them obtain jobs, begin/complete college and enhance personal development skills. I have also developed and provided training to over 400 groups of various professionals and client types on the and hidden disabilities as well as other topics related to the field. In addition, I have written articles for a small newspaper called the Independence, published two books, and currently working P.T. as owner of this company.In 2019, the US Trademark and Patent Office awarded me a 10 year Trademark for the concept of Theracoach, which is the system I developed and use to work with clients in this practice.

ABOUT VERONICA CRAWFORD LIEB
My work has been in helping adolescence, young adults and even those into their 50\'s acheive their goals in life by working with them on addressing the major life domains. I specialize in helping those with bipolar, learning disabilities, ADHD, Aspergers, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and the co-morbid conditions that often co-occur with these disorders. I am an author of the book Embracing the Monster: Overcoming the Challenges of Hidden Disabilities, as well as My Majik Mind in which I co-authored with a former student Frank Vasquez. I have written for the Independence Newspaper in St. Louis for a year on disability issues. written several blogs, done hundreds of public speaking events and trainings as well. I have co-authored two chapters in professional trade books. And I have written articles on ADHD and Learning Disabilities. My goal is to bring about and change in the lives of the people I work with so that they can experience success for themselves and find happiness and peace within. I am the owner of one company that has been in business since 1995 originating in St. Louis, PART (People Achieving Results Together) this is a Theracoach Practice. The other business I am co-owner with my husband where I joined him in 1996, Life Development Institute in Phoenix AZ. Both of these businesses are still owned and operated in Phoenix Metro. Specialties: I hold a MA in Human Resources Development and as a Sr. Disability Analyst and Executive Theracoach which provides me the expertise along with my hands on experience in working in the field for 30 plus years to work with employers and individuals trying to obtain work, educational gains, and life balance. I currently serve on SHRMGP Workforce Readiness Committee; the Neurodevelopment Committee of the International LDA of America. I have also served as a board member on Untapped AZ which is part of the National Organization for Employers, Disability:In.
