I am a certified Solutions Focused Coach and Business Professional with a background in Change Management, Operation Strategy, Relationship Development, Human Resources, Wealth Management, Project Management, and Branch Leadership. I am a client focused, results driven, and an enthusiastic Connector; linking and supporting varies entities by creating optimized experiences for over 15 years.~ Working as a Banking Advisor and Private Banking Associate offered me the front-line experience to provide exceptional advice and maintain a client first mindset.~ Throughout my roles in Integrated Markets, Wealth Management, Human Resources, and Advice Centre, I gained a holistic view of the client experience, built strong partnerships with cross functional teams, and enhanced learning and delivery experience.~ Moving into leadership as a Facilitator of Training, I was able to expand my reach as a leader of 16 new to bank advisors in rotation through web-based learning and tailored coaching strategies.~ As my career progressed, I leaned into my strategic thinking, change management and communications capabilities as an Operations Strategic Advisor and soon after advanced into an Enablement role supporting our high profiled Regulatory Initiatives across all Personal & Commercial Banking.
