On the technical side, I collaborate closely with Solutions Engineering to shape integration paths across APIs, webhooks, tokenization, risk controls, and reconciliation so teams can launch with confidence and operate cleanly at scale.I’m especially drawn to the places where infrastructure becomes advantage: using issuing, FX, and settlement design not only to reduce leakage and friction, but to create new streams of revenue through smarter unit economics, optimized payment flows, and monetizable financial features embedded directly into the product.My edge is translation: turning regulated complexity into clear decisions and buildable systems, without losing the nuance. I’m focused on protecting margin, improving conversion, and creating operational clarity while keeping the customer experience calm, elegant, and true to the brand.
