   Hired to spearhead a “best in class” adolescent psychiatry program to support patient needs in both residential and outpatient settings, based on ability to balance strategic decisions and financial discipline with a hands-on approach to leadership. Owns the integration of Evolve Psychiatry and Evolve Treatment Center’s delivery system, facilitating best practices in ‘whole person care’ and best in care of youth. Partners with the Medical Director leading a team of physicians in both Northern and Southern California. Bringing change management strategies in house and to modify, incorporate and develop a new practice with superior customer service and operational efficiency of an integrated delivery system. Restructured Business Communication, documentation and negotiation process that maximized reimbursement, meets insurance deadlines, and improves daily operations and standards of care. Collaborates with a diverse group of stakeholders including CEO, CFO and COO to reach innovative Psychiatry program solutions in alignment with company mission, vision and values, including their behavioral health philosophy and company growth expectations. Guides employee relations and retention of the Psychiatrist, to retain high performers and focus on succession planning; facilitates benefits, bonus structure and performance metrics (scorecards). Partners with Psychiatrists at the service-line level to achieve clinical, operational and service goals. Ensures accountability for a newly hired psychiatrist team, clinical program protocols, including monitoring and implementing process improvement measures including the use of KIPU.
