Collaborate with members of the Compliance Department and Legal to build Globe Life’s compliance program and partner with cross-functional teams across the enterprise to drive and implement compliance initiatives.Direct involvement in Company Compliance Programs to include, Anti-Money Laundering (U.S. and Canada), Telephone Consumer Protection Act/Telemarketing Sales Rule, and Anti-Bribery/Anti-Corruption.Complete regulatory GAP assessments to identify areas of opportunity for program and process enhancements; policy and procedure development; and training.Participate in the implementation of periodic risk assessments to identify potential compliance vulnerabilities and help design risk mitigation strategies and action plans to address identified gaps efficiently.Conduct periodic Corrective Action Plan validations to ensure the corrective actions implemented remain effective for addressing the risk identified.Collaboratively design and develop new procedures and processes to include the enhancement of existing procedures and processes to address gaps identified in the compliance control environment and ensure efficient and effective compliance with legal and regulatory compliance throughout the enterprise.Partner with Compliance and business leadership to maintain an understanding of existing compliance policies, procedures, processes, and control structure, and participate in the analysis to identify gaps and corrective actions. Participate in the periodical reviews of the effectiveness of compliance processes and solicit feedback from business leaders, and revise processes or develop new processes as warranted.Oversight of the Compliance Risk Register, Compliance Key Risk Indicator Metrics, and Corrective Action Plans
