Building a detailed retroplanning to grant collections’ launches at WW Stores for different DIOR product categories - hats, umbrellas, gloves:• Dictating timing to production development team to sample, test and master validation.• Dictating timing to fabrics, accessorizes and embroideries orders placement and following their production process, in order to grant lead time respect- Coordinating finish products production workflow at external suppliers sites in different Italian regions, interacting daily with them and visiting them- Continuous and fast production and acquisition problem solving in order to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay- Reporting weekly production performances KPI to Central BU and Management.
