ABOUT VERO BOURG-MEYER
Vero Bourg-Meyer (she/her) serves as Deputy Director at the Clean Energy States Alliance, where she leads the Scaling Up Solar Project and the Solar for All National Grantees Network, oversees CESA\'s Offshore Wind Accelerator as well as CESA\'s work under the DOE-funded National Community Solar Partnership+, and assists member states’ implementation of federally funded clean energy programs. Vero also supports CESA\'s Executive Director in developing strategy and funding opportunities for new programs to accelerate a just clean energy transition.Across this portfolio, she provides technical assistance to state energy agencies and green banks to design and launch new programs, produces program documentation and public comments to federal agencies, and participates in public meetings to support CESA member states. She creates resources for states across the nation, including standard plug-and-play program documentation for states to use to deploy federal funding, primarily for solar and solar+storage.CESA\'s Offshore Wind (OSW) Accelerator includes the OSW and Equity Scoping Dialogue, the OSW European Learning Exchange between U.S. states and EU nations as well as the European Commission, the production of content related to state OSW policy, and a Mid-Atlantic states regional workforce project. CESA manages the Offshore Wind Power Hub, and interactive map and directory of OSW projects, lease areas, and state policies/goals.In 2025, CESA\'s work under the National Community Solar Partnership+ includes working groups on solar+storage monetization pathways, community solar in opportunity states, and achieving savings from solar. NCSP+ enables the production of resources (issue briefs and case studies) for state agencies on these topics by CESA staff.
