Currently, I am pursuing leadership positions as Project Manager or Operations Manager in the Tampa, St Petersburg, or Orlando FL regions. During the last 9 years, my job as the Senior Enlisted Advisor was to serve as the Principal Advisor to the Commander on matters regarding both Enlisted personnel and Civilian Employees. I was responsible for all matters pertaining to the health, morale, and leader development or all Enlisted Soldiers in the organization while enforcing standards.I am originally from New York City. I was raised by my mom who taught me the values of hard work and dedication. When I turned 13 years old, I was one of three kids from my neighborhood to be hired to work for the Department of Parks and Recreation in New York City. How did I get that job? I networked and met the Commissioner who lived in my neighborhood. I make things happen. Have done so since I was a teenager.
