This refreshed experience increased clickthrough rate by 2.5% and visits of 116M, up by 15%. • Increased new credit accounts by 15% and credit center traffic by 6% year-overyear by strategically reintroducing a key link on the Desktop B2C header outside of the code freeze window. • Optimized customer conversion flows, resulting in a significantly improved PIP Order Sample Add-to-Cart (ATC) Rate (71.74%) and PLP Order Sample ATC Rate (85.76%). • Collaborate with Product and Design teams to define roadmaps and utilized a headless CMS to ensure fast, reliable updates of banners and promotions across the Homepage. • Mentor and coach engineers, fostering professional growth, building a highperforming engineering culture, and resulting in improved Voice of Associate (VOA) scores. • Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges, leveraging Generative AI and automation to optimize development processes and ensure projects consistently delivered on time and under budget.
