LTIFR is currently around 2.1. • Develop and implement LOTO for every piece of equipment and ongoing confirmation new equipment has LOTO developed prior to install. • Implement training for all maintenance technicians to work effectively and safely in a fast paced, space restricted and ever-changing start up environment. • Implemented equipment improvements to reduce waste, improve operational efficiency and reduce sanitation cleaning time. Production output has improved 400% on most SKUs in 2 years. • Responsible for RCAs on all equipment issues with more than 60 mins plant outage and implementing solutions.
