Manage submissions process against deadlines for top tier such as Chambers USA, HNW, Latin America, GML guides, Legal 500, Law360, and ALM/LAW.com and manage victories through graphics to social platforms. • Develop strategies for all practice/industry groups and collaborate with co-chairs to provide results for ranking growth and problem solve client issues throughout process. • Train staff and management on nomination processes, surveys, and other aspects of directories through various deliverables I created, some requiring team effort. • Write, elevate, or refurbish content for ranking publications and directories, firm profiles on various platforms.• Organize Chambers research interview calls for all practices and provide interview call training for attorneys in advance as requested. • Work closely with Government Contracts and Antitrust co-chairs as well as Industry leaders to leverage BD and client value capabilities.• Strategize with industry leaders to develop plans for marketing deliverables and identify new business markets with industry contacts. • Assist newer attorneys on developing networking and client service/client relationship skills. • Streamline, track, and monitor business development efforts. • Identify and support participation in conferences, seminars, speaking engagements, and firm events that will promote attorney’s business and the firm. • Extract key attorney experience from directory and ranking submissions for use in Foundation.• Measure and track results of marketing programs and reports on ROI. • Provide project support and manage tasks for the Firm’s response to high-stakes, complex RFPs.
