I am currently working as a senior infrastructure business analyst on many key initiatives at the AESO including, network, computing and infrastructure lifecycle projects. I\'ve produced and coordinated many artifacts including requirements documents, business cases, production readiness documents, change requests, decision records, project plans and business process models. I\'m also working as a release management agent and coordinator on many critical infrastructure projects involving the writing of release documents and ensuring teams are following standards and producing evidence for production certifications and audit requirements. As a senior business analyst I\'ve also been involved in many aspects of project management including team meetings, scheduling, status updates to executives and various other responsibilities while covering for PM\'s on leave or managing smaller projects on my own. In my capacity as a senior business analyst I\'ve coordinated and worked with senior management and executives on RFI\'s, RFP\'s and presentations.

Currently working as a Senior Business Analyst and Business Consultant at the Alberta Electric System Operator.Worked for over three years as a Business Analyst on various IT initiatives at Alliance Pipeline Inc. Included work with GIS and Land Systems (Corridor, Public Awareness, Consultation Management), Health, Safety and Environment (Enablon implementation and BPM), Customer Service and Business Development (MS Dynamics CRM implementation). Also worked on a company-wide Windows 7 migration and a SharePoint intranet upgrade project, as well as many other smaller projects.Also experienced as a technical team lead and certified Scrum Master with experience on small and medium sized teams.
