Projects include optimizing transportation network design; working with product teams to drive changes to systems to better fill the trucks and working with operations to drive standardization. The team has delivered more than $200MM 2022 YTD through these projects.3. Lead a team of analysts to dive deep into the right inputs metrics driving the performance of trailer utilization rates to identify and work on the opportunities. Analytical infrastructure and dive deeps have helped identify more than $500MM of opportunities and influence partner teams to drive changes in systems and operations. Some of the critical input metrics are – design/lane connectivity, volume forecasting, systems driving volume availability before trailer departure and warehouse execution.4. Own trailer utilization rates future planning cycles to forecast how the metric will trend both for long term (1+ years) and mid term (3+ months) based on different initiatives and volume forecast. Trailer utilization rate is one of critical input to Amazon’s quarterly earnings and future guidance.
