Hi there!I’m currently working as a Deputy Manager at Bajaj Life Insurance, where I drive persistency initiatives under the Centre of Excellence (COE) department.An MBA graduate from IIM Sambalpur (Batch of 2023) and an engineering graduate from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh (2021), schooling from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Kannauj, U.P.Beyond work and academics, I’m passionate about theatre and public speaking. As a National Theatre Artist, I’ve led my team to win several first prizes in stage and street plays during engineering and have performed winning monologues at leading B-Schools like IIMs and SIBM during my MBA.Since 2017, I’ve been actively associated with an NGO named “DIRECTION,” dedicated to student awareness programs for classes 6th to 12th. My role focuses on recruiting new members and mentoring as a public motivational speaker and career counselor.I’m also deeply interested in marketing, management, and entrepreneurship. Additionally, I’m a proud recipient of the “Rajyapal Puraskar” awarded by Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti in 2013, earned during my Scout Guide training.Always eager to connect, learn, and collaborate!
