With over 8 years of experience in the Canadian FMCG industry, I’ve built a career driving growth, building partnerships, and shaping strategy at PepsiCo Canada. My journey has spanned frontline sales, category management, business planning, and sales strategy—giving me a 360° perspective on how insights, execution, and collaboration come together to deliver results.In my current role as Commercial Planning Manager at PepsiCo Canada, I partner with our customer teams across the Foods and Beverages divisions to drive growth and joint value creation. A key focus has been supporting the integration of planning cycles under the One PepsiCo model—delivering a more unified approach to customers while aligning on category strategies that span snacks, beverages, and beyond. By connecting insights to execution, I help our teams unlock new growth opportunities and strengthen collaboration in a rapidly evolving retail landscape.Throughout my career, I’ve been recognized for building strong partnerships and driving innovation—earning multiple awards, including Category Management Associate of the Year, Stronger Associate of the Year (2x), and Strategy Associate of the Year. My strength lies in transforming complex data into actionable insights, aligning cross-functional teams, and fostering trusted relationships with both customers and colleagues.Beyond the numbers, I’m passionate about leadership development and culture. I actively contribute to PepsiCo’s employee resource groups, lead organizational health initiatives, and serve as a committee member for the PepsiCo Foundation Golf Tournament—helping to strengthen both internal culture and community impact.Outside of work, you’ll find me exploring Canada’s hiking trails, experimenting in the kitchen, or diving into astronomy and consumer tech.
