I worked on a promo video project which involved celebrity photographs. The photos in the raw development stage had been taken at random from the internet. I know about copyright laws, as well as fair use, and became concerned. Although the team discussed it over several meetings, some were confused about fair use and how licensing worked. I researched the domain of each photograph and those we could not use, I found solutions for. Some we purchased, and some I used my photo editing skills to alter. Now none of the images should cause a copyright strike when the video is released.
