ABOUT VERITY HANNELL

I work with organisations who want their leaders to perform well under pressure without losing their judgement, their people, or themselves in the process.My work focuses on strengthening leadership capability and culture in environments where expectations are high, decisions carry weight, and the human side of leadership can’t be ignored. I support this through a mix of executive coaching, leadership development programmes, facilitation, and bespoke organisational work, depending on what the situation genuinely calls for.I bring almost 15 years of experience working with senior leaders and organisations across a range of sectors, and in 2022 I was recognised as Coach of the Year by the British HR Awards.I am often brought in when leadership challenges feel complex rather than technical; where conversations are difficult, responsibility feels heavy, or patterns have become entrenched and hard to shift. This might be during periods of growth, transition, or sustained pressure, or simply when organisations want to strengthen how leadership is enacted day to day.I work closely with senior leaders, global leadership teams, and people functions, and I am known for a grounded, thoughtful approach that balances commercial realities with care for people. My aim is not to provide answers, but to create the conditions for clearer thinking, better judgement, and leadership practices that are both effective and sustainable.
