ABOUT VERITY HART

I’m a transformation leader and consultant with over 25 years’ experience working across retail, energy, industrial and digital organisations.I help organisations change in ways that work in practice, not just on paper. My work spans culture and behavioural change, operating model redesign, large technology-enabled programmes, and supporting leaders and teams through the realities of delivery while the business keeps running.I’ve shaped and led transformation programmes valued at up to £100m, working closely with senior leaders and boards. Some of my work has been in highly regulated and safety-critical environments; much of it has also been in fast-paced retail and consumer businesses. What links it all is a focus on making change stick without losing momentum, trust or performance.Culture and psychological safety run through everything I do. I’m a certified Psychological Safety Train-the-Trainer and design change, learning and adoption approaches that support accountability, learning and capability, not abstract culture initiatives that sit on the side.More recently, I’ve been working with organisations on practical uses of AI in transformation and consulting. That includes low-code agents, custom GPTs and automation to improve insight, learning and delivery. I’m interested in AI where it genuinely helps people make better decisions and work more effectively, not where it creates noise or complexity.I currently work as a Senior Principal Consultant with Muuto Consulting, leading complex client engagements, shaping propositions and supporting business development. I’m known for being clear, calm and pragmatic, able to work at senior level while staying close enough to delivery to know what will and won’t work.
