An experienced Recruitment and People professional with over a decade of Recruitment experience. I bring a holistic understanding of the entire employee and candidate life cycle from attraction and selection through to on boarding, development and retention.My career has included delivering specialist recruitment campaigns for global professional services firms, designing and leading an employability programme that helped senior executives re-enter the workforce and managing the full recruitment life cycle for both permanent and contract roles across multiple sectors.Earlier in my career, I built a strong foundation in operations, compliance and customer service through roles in pensions administration, childcare management and education & training.
