About Verhanika Willhelm
I am the CEO and founder of Willhelm Consulting, a firm that provides strategies, methodologies, and tools to increase leadership and organizational effectiveness for businesses of all shapes and sizes. With more than 10 years of experience in coaching and consulting, I design and develop customized interventions and solutions to support strategic objectives and business transformations.My passion is to help leaders find the style of leadership that best suits them and their values, and to help organizations create positive and productive work environments that foster collaboration, innovation, and growth. I have worked with clients from various sectors, including tech, non-profit, healthcare, and social services, delivering consulting services in change management, strategic planning and visioning, organizational design and integration, team development, leadership coaching, and culture and climate assessments. My approach is informed by neuroscience, psychology, and my time in the arts, and I use empirically tested and proven practices to produce consistent and lasting results.
