As the head of HR at Polarstern Energie, I am passionate about creating structures and cultures that enable our employees to unleash their full potential and contribute to our mission of providing real green energy and gas to our customers and supporting micro biogas plants in Cambodia.With my Life Trust Coaching Degree and my strength in perceiving the talents and strengths of others, I aim to make Polarstern Energie the best workplace for our team.
