ABOUT VERENA HOFMANN
It’s all about emotions & connecting people – in research, teaching, and consulting. As a psychologist and marketing specialist, I explore the relevance and impact of emotions in communication and consumer behavior – in (digital) advertising, product design, or in interactions between people as well as between people and products or services. In my teaching, I place great value on interactivity and the close connection between science and practice. I emphasize clear real-world relevance and a strong research focus – with and for my students. In consulting, I support companies in areas such as online marketing, Google Ads, strategic goal setting, and communication – based on a profound analysis and putting the focus on customer needs. Workshops, one-on-one coaching, and traditional consulting complement each other in my portfolio. Reliability, teamwork, and analytical thinking characterize the way I work. When I need to reset, I head to the mountains or the water for some outdoor sports.
