Conduct cellular therapy translational research from basic research to cGMP manufacturing for T cell adoptive therapy.• Design and execute experiments to validate and qualify closed cell sorter system.• Perform genetic modification of human lymphocytes with different vectors for T cells.• Develop and perform assays for cell lines potency, identity and sterility.• Produce, maintain and cryopreserve cGMP-grade cell lines.• Perform and develop assays on cellular products for functionality and safety (cytotoxicity, FACS Immunophenotyping, Intracellular Staining and Activation).• Perform T cell metabolism analysis using Seahorse and Cytation measuring glycolytic and mitochondrial activity.• Attend SIV\'s from several pharmaceutical companies that conduct clinical trials related to cellular immunotherapy, perform the packing/shipment of leukapheresis material, receive/storage investigational products, perform thawing/manipulation procedures for patient infusion, and fill out/verify the information of documents and forms.
