About Veracelle Vega
I’m a longtime Chief People Officer who believes that great companies are built by design and powered by people.Over the course of my career, I’ve had the privilege of helping organizations across SaaS, Marketing Tech, AI/ML, DTC, B2B, E-Commerce, Experiential Retail and Media Entertainment evolve through moments that matter including rapid scale, pre-IPO to post-IPO transitions, mergers and acquisitions, and brand revitalization. I’m at my best when aligning business strategy with people strategy ensuring culture, performance and growth move in lockstep.I’ve built and transformed HR functions from the ground up, partnering closely with founders, boards, and executive teams to create high-performing, values-driven organizations. While I lead with data and operational rigor, I never forget that behind every metric is a human story.My expertise spans the full people lifecycle including HR operations, performance and talent management, executive compensation/total rewards, learning and development, succession planning, org design and talent acquisition but what motivates me most is shaping environments where leaders grow, teams thrive and culture becomes a competitive advantage.At the end of the day, I care deeply about helping companies build workplaces that are both high-performing and deeply human.
