The challenges in organizations usually sit in the seams between people, processes, and systems — where decisions bog down, handoffs get messy, or new strategies stall. I founded Root & Branch to make those patterns visible and turn slowdowns into momentum. It starts with people — surfacing unspoken rules, blind spots, and hesitations so teams feel seen and leaders stay engaged. When systems and structures adapt to how people best do their work, collaboration flows and progress lasts.Across three decades in global technology and financial services, I\'ve led large-scale transformations, run international operations, and guided strategy at the executive level. During my time at DST Systems, I grew the Thailand development & support site from 68 to 350 people in 5 years while developing local leadership that achieved full operational independence. Before launching Root & Branch, I served as Partner and CIO at 3CG Ventures, where I focused on aligning strategy and execution for people and organizations. My work now spans consulting, writing, and advisory roles, all grounded in the same principle: patterns tell the story, and progress lasts when people and systems move together.
