   As a change agent, establishing an industry-leading compliance framework to ensure the highest standard to protect consumer PI data is the core of my responsibilities. Driving business transformation and operationalizing the newly formed Settlement & Compliance Office sets Marriott\'s direction to meet a semi-regulatory business model. Leading a compliance program to support a “new” business-as-usual approach by normalizing Information Security Program (ISP) requirements. Collaborating with the legal team to support the redline/negotiations for two government regulatory Consent Orders. Successfully demonstrating leadership, technical proficiency, and a solid understanding of how Mariott can operationalize ISP provision requirements is key in my role. Educating associates and facilitating mock sessions to prepare internal key stakeholders on the process and procedures needed to gain a favorable audit observation during a third-party assessment has been paramount in preparing for a shift in how business data is governed. Introducing program reporting tools to monitor and report operational success and readiness status rounds out my areas of responsibility. A forward-thinking Director focused on ensuring Marriott complies with all relevant laws and regulations by identifying repeatable processes to secure consumer information with well-defined streamlined business operations through standardized practices, process integration, and evidence of effectiveness.
