I implemented and evaluated Scrum and SAFe practices within two teams. To achieve this I • Promote and facilitate the Scrum and SAFe processes in the teams. • Schedule regular Scrum ceremonies and SAFe planning in the teams. • Provide servant-leadership to the team to solve blockers when they are reported or unreported but sensed by me. • Provide any other support, be it of technical, business or emotional kind, in order to keep my teams in a healthy shape. • Engaged with the rest of the company (both development teams and management) on behalf of my teams in order to promote the teams\' work, plan forward and solve blockers. My achievements include • Produced a reusable and scalable system for measuring the velocity of the teams, which automatically takes holidays into account. • Guided the teams into becoming predictable in their delivery. I.e. a noticeable improvement in their ability to deliver the stories and story points as forecast.
