   Currently responsible for organizing and facilitating the assurance process for Eaton\'s sustainability disclosures in accordance with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the EU Taxonomy Regulation. I partner with our internal and external audit firm to establish and deploy the assurance process, and work closely with internal data and information owners and sustainability subject matter experts from various functions to ensure timely and accurate delivery of workstream deliverables. I maintain all critical documentation and records to assure audit-ready compliance, provide ongoing communications to all stakeholders, manage the validation and signoff process for all CSRD disclosures, and liaise with the Audit Committee of Eaton\'s Board of Directors.I am responsible for staying abreat of new regulations and audit standards for Sustainability (ESG) data and reporting and planning for future assurance (i.e. reasonable assurance) for ESG data. I partner with IT and internal audit on improvement processes that will enhance data consistency, accuracy, and reliability.
