ABOUT VENUS HEIDT-WORJLOH
I am a senior at Georgetown University studying International Politics with a focus on security and global business. As a German-Liberian student fluent in German, I bring a cross-cultural lens to complex strategic and geopolitical challenges. My experience spans consulting, finance, and public policy. At Hilltop Consultants, I led client teams on growth strategy and operational improvement initiatives. Through Smart Women Securities, I contributed to equity research and supported a winning investment pitch. I further developed my policy and communication skills at Becker Lawyers, where I produced research and outreach materials supporting legislative strategy for high-impact clients. I also served as Director of Academic and Campus Life in Georgetown’s Student Government Association, leading campus-wide projects centered on student wellbeing and institutional effectiveness.
