Why HR? Growing up, people around me often talk about how dreadful they feel going to work. But we spend a huge chunk of our lives working! Why shouldn\'t it be a fulfilling, positive part of our short earthly existence? That ignited in me a spark to change that narrative. My mission? Well-supported people = Productive teams = Thriving businesses: My passion lies in crafting data-driven, science-backed, synergised HR strategies that create purposeful, engaged, high-performing workforces. I envision a world where employees and employers win together, achieving their own definitions of success.
