Ensure coordinated and harmonious working relationships within tech and admin staff, work closely with affiliated radiology medical group, referring providers and specialists, hospitals and associated medical staff, and general public.Ensure high standard of customer service and patient care by mentoring staff, consistent acknowledgment, and creating positive work environment for all.Comprehensive knowledge of federal, state licensing and other local regulations as they relate to Diagnostic Imaging Services.Knowledge of technological advancements, labor savings procedures and equipment, sophisticated diagnostic imaging equipment for all services, Radiology Information Systems/PACS and other state-of-the art departmental-specific systems
