   Client : Saudi AramcoProject Name : Onshore Maintain Potential ProjectKhurais & Central Arabia Upstream Projects Division, HowtahProject Scope of Work Installation of RTP pipelines, Flow lines, Water injection lines, communication systems, SCADA, fencing, site preparation, civil works, well tie-in piping surrounding communications, Electrical & Instrumentation, Civil, Mechanical, structural etc.• Based on scope of work, Plan and develop internal training matrix, Monthly training calendar, Schedule and deliver trainings • Conduct training evaluation, feedback and issue the internal competency card and Training passport.• Deliver Project HSSE orientation to CAT, Subcontractors and vendor employees• Coordinate Sadi Aramco Safety orientations with client training department and issue the orientation card. • Coordinate third party trainings in line with SA contractual requirements and issue the TP cards.• Maintain the training reports, training log sheets and submit to client / project and area HSSE department on weekly basis.• Monthly Review the KPI leading & lagging indicators, Incidents, Near Misses and plan the actions accordingly • Monitor the effectiveness of training by site inspection and intervention with line managers, work site supervisor, work crews, WPR & Site HSE officer & Site safety supervisor.
