Develop and manage detailed clinical project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including clinical operations, data management, regulatory affairs, and medical affairs• Ensure clinical trials are conducted in accordance with the clinical trial protocol and ethical guidelines• Prepare, oversee, and review documents that are related to the assigned clinical study• Arrange to organize clinical study meetings with all the stakeholders• Monitor project financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed.• Ensure optimal resource allocation, considering both project needs and team capacity.
