Support the HSE Manager and team in planning, coordinating, and implementing effective HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.• Provide HSE support to project and operations teams in all aspects of occupational health, safety, and environmental management, offshore operation.• Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, statutory, and international offshore safety regulations (e.g, IMO, SOLAS, MARPOL, ISGOTT, OSHA, OISD, etc.).• Monitor implementation of the Permit to Work (PTW), SIMOPS, and Risk Management Systems.• Conduct Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and verify control measures for all critical activities.• Report and investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe acts; track corrective actions to closure.• Maintain and test emergency response plans; conduct regular drills for Fire, Gas, Explosion, Oil Spill, Man Overboard, Security, Abandon, and Medivac & Rescue Drill, • Act as a key member of the On-Scene Commander and assist the OIM (Offshore Installation Manager) during emergencies.• Inspect and ensure readiness of LSA, FFA, and pollution control equipment.• Provide HSE induction and training for all personnel and contractors on board.• Carry out regular HSE inspections of work areas, equipment, and living quarters.• Monitor compliance with PPE use, lifting operations, and confined space entry procedures.• Supervise waste management and ensure environmental protection per MARPOL and local laws along with Marine Department.• Verify proper documentation of MSDS, inspection records, and training certificates.• Coordinate with OIM and Marine Department on HSE matters and emergency preparedness.• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly HSE reports and maintain statistical data (TRIR, LTIFR, etc.).• Promote safety culture through Toolbox Talks (TBT), Safety Campaigns, and Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) programs.• Support continuous improvement by identifying and implementing HSE performance enhancements.
