Reconciliation activities on a regular basis to capture the inputs from various stakeholders covering GBGF’s, Vendors, HR and ensure the data is upto date in our source systems. • Workforce Analytics & Reconciliation – Responsible for Workforce Analytics and ensuring data breaks across various workforce management systems are resolved on BAU basis. Work with stakeholders to drive actions based on workforce analytics available on reporting platform – Discover. • Continuous Improvement Initiatives - Identification of strategic and operational improvements opportunities for Workforce management and drive implementation.
