Executive Synopsis:Dynamic Professional with over 10 years of experience Proactive & Multi skilled Professional extending rich corporate in vendor Development, Vendor inspections, Site /Client Co-ordination, MQP Review & Approvals, Preparing SOP’s, Condition monitoring and Asset integrity inspection, NDT Examination/ Evaluation and Providing Technical Assistance in early bidding stage of Project such as review/ preparation of Technical specification for the project, Materials’ details required for the project as per the client requirements.Key Accountabilities:1.Developing long-term partnerships with suppliers and managing day-to-day supplier performance to ensure meeting of service, cost, delivery & quality norms. 2.Executing vendor evaluation, vendor rating calculation and necessary actions for under performance. 3.Consistently evaluating vendor performance to ensure adherence to predefined specifications and supply of quality material / execution of job works. 4.Project vendor selection and Supplier assessment Audits5.Ensure that Contractor, Sub-Contractors and Vendors have the required competent resources, implant standard/ latest acceptable practices and delivery of a product in compliance to Project Quality requirements.6.Develop a Quality culture within the internal Team through inductions, training, awareness sessions, and knowledge sharing.7.Ensuring that engineering documentation is approved for construction, project specification and drawings. 8.Documents preparation for quality manuals, Standard Operation procedures, work instructions, work standards, forms, records and other quality related documents relevant to the project.9.To ensure that all inspections were carried out as per applicable latest revision of documents such as QAP, ITP, Drawings, Specifications, and Method Statement etc.
