Negotiating with suppliers to draw up procurement contracts: Negotiations, administers, extends, terminates, and renegotiates contracts. Taking care of I-9 & E-verification process. Coordinating with Legal for filling LCA, H1 & GC Applications. Handling COI (Certificate of Insurance) for all customers & Sub-Vendors. Ensure contract close-out, extension or renewal Contracts (various: including formal, short form, and annual contracts)—Drafting, Evaluation, Negotiation, and Execution: Non-Disclosure Agreements, Sales / Purchasing Agreements, Sub-contracts, Consulting Agreements, Licensing Agreements, Master Agreements, review of customer proposed terms and conditions Serve as the point of contact for customers on contractual matters. Act as contractual “middleman” between company employees and customers, ensuring timely review and approval / reconciliation of variations.On all standard and nonstandard contracts, provide redlined recommendations and often negotiate directly with customer attorneys Negotiating on rate hikes based on contracts and the projects. Handling all legal issues and sending out notices based on the cases.Coordinating with Managing director, Vice-President & operations, Business Manager, Delivery manager, Accounts Department and employees for proper functioning of the organization.
