Receiving and analyzing the requirements based on the skill set, tax terms & work authorization etc.• Builds applicant sources by researching in various ways by using Boolean strings based on the skill set, location, tax & authorization.• Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, using newsgroups in Social networking sites like LinkedIn and Face book.• Sourcing the profiles by adding the various groups in Google, Face book and Linked IN• Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying all the required terms & comparing qualifications to job requirements.• Short listing the consultants, and arranges management interviews by coordinating schedule.• Driving candidate screening, interview & offer process, communicating with candidates throughout the process. Ensuring a consistent, positive candidate experience.• Handling RTR, Submission details and other formalities.• Handling submission process, Follow up for feedback as well as parallelly follow up the consultant till the end of process(Telephonic, F/F, Joining formality)• Maintaining good repo with the Consultants & Prime vendors or Recruiters for long time relation
