Performing Immigration work for US visa processing for H1B Candidates.My Duties and job Responsibilities which I am Performing are:Handling cases like H1B Transfer.• H1B Amendment• H1B Extension• H1B RFE Response• H4-Dependend Visa• EAD, Stamping etc.Preparing different Petitions like I-129.• I-907• I-539• I-539A• I-765 etc. Forms. Preparing complete H1B Package. • Engage with Documentations for cases like H1B Transfer, Amendment, Extension & H4 Transfer, Extension.• Analysing and monitoring all active H1B cases, gathering all required information and documentation from candidates and after analysing initiating the H1B Filling.• As an Immigration Specialist Processing H-1B\'s, Labour Condition Application’s - LCA’s and helps the candidates in their H1B visa related queries.• Analysing and Monitoring to inquiries regarding U.S. immigration case status and proving best solution to candidate on their quires related to different type of visas and filling.• Engage with the different departments like Recruitment team, Contracts team, Payroll Team, Verifications Team regarding required documents MSA, Pay slips, Client/Vendor Letters etc.• Creating legal requests for all the active cases like H1B Premium Conversion, Stamping, H4- Dependent visa, Work Permit etc.• Acknowledge to immigration questions from candidates analyse and resolve issues and escalate cases if necessary.
