ERS is a national non-profit that partners with district, school, and state leaders to transform how they use resources (people, time, and money) so that every school serve all students well, especially those who have been historically marginalized. Our work integrates data analysis, strategic design, implementation and monitoring in the areas of school and district design. We start with an analysis of existing strategy and resource allocation in school systems mapped against best practice and system goals. We then partner with leaders to identify resource shifts and strategies that drive towards creating strategic systems that support strong schools.
