As an enterprising Software Engineer with a talent for applying cutting-edge technologies in the development of customized solutions for business needs; I possess a 15 year record of success in assisting companies to achieve their short-term objectives, and long-term goals within the insurance industry. I accomplish this by effectively identifying specific challenges confronting companies, as well as ways of streamlining processes for systematically improving efficiency, business revenue, and market growth. After determining my project objectives and scope, I proceed to develop plans and strategies for using the latest tools and technologies, to create user-friendly software applications to meet and exceed the established goals. Highlights of my accomplishments include the development of high quality insurance products, systems and applications for achieving the financial security objectives of both global, and niche market segments; and designing an insurance application, for supporting insurance agents in registering new clients for appropriate policies and annuities. My greatest accomplishment thus far, can be attributed to my breakthrough creation of an innovative 8x software development framework, which has enjoyed significant success in accelerating software development and programming process. This in turn, has provided system designers with an advanced and versatile application for configuring the desired GUI, database, and processing rules for software components. As a team leader and player, equipped with a natural ability to bring people together for common purposes, I have been successful in building productive relationships across multidisciplinary teams, management, business leaders, stakeholders and clients for advancing project goals.
