I am a quality-engineering leader with 20+ years of experience. For the last13 years, I have been operating as a QE manager and have led the quality efforts for several critical product launches. On multiple occasions, I have found creative, simple solutions for complex organizational problems (e.g. Shadow Testing infrastructure at Qualtrics or Automated order creation tool at Amazon). I believe this creative problem-solving skill is a USP for me. I enjoy building teams, growing and developing people. I love test automation and have delivered (or managed delivery of) test automation frameworks/tools for web-based, iOS/Android Apps, and RESTful services. I have managed teams of various sizes (e.g. from a 3 to 20+) and cross-team testing projects spread across 50+ QE teams.
