I look after the data analytics needs for BIONICAL, a global Early Access Programs (EAP) and Clinical Trial Supply (CTS) group bringing life-changing medicines to patients around the world.I look after their data analysis department, providing critical insights into their research data. In my role, I collate data from their Salesforce applications into an Azure staging database. I meticulously process this data to establish a robust repository, enabling Tableau Dashboards to visualise and analyse the information effectively. I also coordinate with clients to continuously refine data processing and analysis procedures, addressing feedback and implementing improvements to ensure high-quality data insights. I drive ongoing enhancements and boost efficiency, providing valuable analytics that support informed decision-making for stakeholders. Delivered an intuitive Tableau dashboard providing insights into the Patients and their requests. This interactive dashboard offers to slice the data based on country, status and their reason for discontinuation. It also offers to see the details of a selected Patient providing a progress of their participation in the program.Providing support for a BIONICAL account by handling data operations in Snowflake - populating database tables, maintaining accurate cardinality in line with updated requirements, and performing regular BAU maintenance tasks.Developed a Power BI Copilot Q&A solution that empowers business users to uncover insights from Azure SQL data through intuitive natural language interactions. Developed a Tableau NEXT AI based solution for one of BIONICAL sponsors to help them interrogate & analyze their Salesforce data using natural English. Related Tableau Dashboards & reports were also being redeveloped to report from the new Data Cloud platform.
