I am a supply chain infrastructure and network expansion leader with over 13 years of experience designing and scaling large, complex logistics networks for a global-scale e-commerce ecosystem.My work spans Infrastructure Design, Network Planning, and Industrial Engineering, with deep exposure to Fulfillment Centers, Sortation Centers, Quick Commerce, Hyperlocal Networks, Cold Chain, and multi-format logistics facilities. I specialize in translating business growth and demand patterns into scalable, cost-efficient physical infrastructure that improves throughput, utilization, speed, and customer service levels.Over the years, I have led pan-India network expansion, covering end-to-end responsibilities including facility onboarding, layout and solution design, automation integration, design governance, capex planning, and standardization. I have been closely involved in deploying and scaling automation and mechanization solutions such as cross-belt sorters, conveyorized material flow, system-guided put-away, and throughput-driven sortation systems, with a strong focus on ROI, practicality, and brownfield adaptability.My approach is strongly data-driven and Industrial Engineering-led, leveraging throughput modeling, SKU profiling, space productivity analysis, and outbound flow optimization to design efficient and resilient facilities.
