With over 28 years of dynamic experience in finance, accounting, and operations, I am absolutely thrilled to join Lloyds Technology Centre in Hyderabad! I eagerly anticipate contributing to the centre\'s long-term growth and its pivotal role in accelerating transformation and enhancing the digital experience for our customers. I take immense pride in the significant contributions I\'ve made over the past 28 years, from building exceptionally strong teams and playing with big data to arriving at meaningful analytics supporting critical business decisions, transforming critical processes, and creating substantial value for esteemed organizations like Microsoft, ADP, Motorola, and Wipro.Holding an ACA certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, I am passionate about continuously learning, adding value to both the top and bottom lines, and applying cutting-edge technologies, such as Generative AI, to solve critical business challenges, empower individuals, and create value.I am fortunate to have gained rich experience across legal, procurement, facilities, operations finance, tax, and controllership functions. Additionally, I have led and contributed to numerous strategic projects, including setting up business units, establishing policies and processes for new subsidiaries, designing robust internal control systems, driving digital transformations, and conducting due diligence for legal entities and integrations.I am excited to bring my expertise and enthusiasm to Lloyds Technology Centre and be part of its remarkable journey!
