Guide and deliver VFX projects from conception through to completion. Prepare the visual effects production breakdown. Participate in pre-production meetings and Anticipate problems and present solutions adapted to time and budget constraints. Responsible for the VFX Post Production process, creatively leading the artists throughout the show ensuring that good and clear communication occurs at all times between the artists, editor and client. Responsible for attending filming sets/locations and ensuring that good, clear communication occurs at all times between Team, the Director/DOP and Producers. Deal with the technical and logistical issues relating to visual effects that arise on set.Brief entire team on the director’s creative vision and enable artists to produce desired results.Approving the work of all team members on the show. Communicate with external production companies for resourcing of the project. Recruit and manage teams for production. Support the coordination team in order to maintain the pipeline’s efficiency and allow the artists and TLs to achieve their target.
