In my current role at Wells Fargo within Corporate & Investment Banking, I find myself doing what I’ve always been drawn to—bringing structure to complexity and driving execution where it matters most. I lead enterprise-critical transformation initiatives across CTB portfolios, governance, product transformation, and COO operations, working closely with senior leadership to translate strategy into action. Whether it’s navigating regulatory change, aligning diverse stakeholders across business, risk, compliance, and technology, or embedding stronger execution discipline, my focus remains the same: delivering outcomes in environments where precision, accountability, and adaptability are non-negotiable.That mindset was shaped over two decades in the Indian Navy, where the stakes were often far higher and the margin for error far smaller. I had the privilege of leading complex, mission-critical programs in the aerospace and defence domain, including the Navy’s first end-to-end engagement with the United States Government for the MH-60R helicopter fleet—a $2.1 billion, multi-year program. Beyond scale, these experiences taught me how to lead under pressure, make decisions with incomplete information, and bring together diverse teams to deliver on a shared mission. The discipline, resilience, and clarity of thought forged during my military career continue to guide me today, enabling me to approach corporate transformation with a calm, structured, and outcomes-driven perspective.
