Mr. Thirukonda has over 25 years of experience in delivery of “Lead to Cash” transformations. He has helped organizations move to SaaS based model with omni channel selling experience, back office re-alignment and migrated their technology landscape to realize this vision. He specializes in M&A integrations that includes sku rationalization, bundle selling, new monetization models and technology consolidation. He has P&L responsibilities in leading salesforce delivery organization and building solution offerings to accelerate revenue and profit growth. As a Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) & Enterprise Architect, he has deep technical expertise and experience in building large scale sales, service, marketing, CPQ, order management and billing solutions, with focus on business process re-engineering and change management using cloud technology that offers agility and velocity to meet changing business demand. This includes over 20 implementations and associated work efforts specific to platform considerations, security, privacy and integration with the Middle Office. Efforts often include working closely with sponsoring clients to build initial scope and budget, business capabilities and solution roadmap including the change management plan to prepare for the Organization for the change.He has also managed multi-million dollar infrastructure budgets and was responsible for establishing the strategic IT vision for his prior organization. In this role, Mr. Thirukonda managed 45+ IT professionals and $20M+ portfolio. Efforts have left an imprint to carefully architect enterprise solutions with embedded cyber security, disaster recovery and high performance (availability and scalability).
